Dave Drum appointed as manager at Reading office

Rapid Despatch are pleased to announce that Dave Drum has been promoted to Manager at Rapid Despatch's Reading office. 
Dave has been with the company since early 2016 and during that time he has proven to be a real asset to the team. Dave came to Rapid Despatch Couriers from a Pharmaceutical Courier and brought with him energy and enthusiasm that he has continued to use during his time with us. His extensive background in our industry gives him an excellent understanding of how to improve customer satisfaction and service levels which we look forward to him continuing whilst leading the team at Reading.
