Mike has acquired his knowledge through first hand experience developed in roles including Regional Manager and Business Development Manager for two of the largest PLC Courier Companies in the UK. Mike’s responsibilities are to oversee and ensure that operational standards and platforms are continually maintained and developed; this enables Rapid Despatch to provide levels of reliability and customer service unrivalled within our industry.
 

Richard has a proven business background in sales and marketing having gained invaluable experience with one of the largest Courier Companies in the UK. Richard also has direct experience of corporate markets through time spent with blue chip companies such as Canon. Richard’s structured approach including regular communication with our clients, allows us to constantly adapt and improve our service ensuring their requirements are met and fulfilled to the highest standards.
